DKY is excited to announce the addition of Matthew Sweet to its growing team. Matthew is an Account Executive, who is working with long-time recreational vehicle client Winnebago and helping support its priority marketing activities.
Matthew comes to DKY with account and project management experience from his three years with Total Expert, a startup in the Twin Cities that offers a comprehensive marketing platform for financial services companies. In this role, his primary responsibilities were helping customers build and manage their marketing materials and create automated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
“Matthew originally came to DKY as a project management candidate, however, based on his experience we quickly realized he would be a great fit as an account executive. So we shifted gears and at the end of November, Matthew hit the ground running with the Winnebago account team and he hasn’t looked back,” said Joe Peterson, DKY Partner and Vice President of Account Services. “He fits in well, is a quick learner and has adapted to the fast pace of the busy RV marketing world.”
While on the hunt for a new professional opportunity, Matthew shared what initially attracted him to DKY: “Even through Zoom interviews, I could tell right away that DKY is unique. During my first few weeks, I’ve felt welcomed and have met so many dedicated, hard-working, and skilled colleagues. A testament to DKY’s workplace culture is the longevity of the employee tenure. Long-term employees provide consistency and expertise, which not only benefits clients but also offers valuable growth and development opportunities for new employees like me.”
As a 2016 Business Marketing graduate from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Matthew started his career in data analysis with FMS Corporation. He moved to operations and logistics at C.H. Robinson, and most recently, worked in various marketing roles at Total Expert.
